What we collect

Account and profile details (name, contact, work categories, rates, portfolio photos, measurements, certifications), booking activity (castings, contracts, invoices, payouts, ratings), messages sent in booking and direct channels, device and app-usage data needed to run the service, and — during a confirmed assignment only — check-in location. Clients and agencies see only what a booking requires.

How we use it

To operate the platform: match talent to castings, run contracts and check-ins, process payments and payouts, deliver notifications you've enabled, keep the platform safe (fraud, abuse, and safety review), and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the parties to a booking (the agency, the client, and the booked talent) and the service providers who make the app work — a payment processor, notification (push/email/SMS) delivery, and hosting. Those providers act on our instructions under contract. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect someone's safety. We never sell personal data.

Location, precisely scoped

Location is used for one purpose: verifying arrival and presence during a confirmed assignment. Sharing starts when you clock in, stops when you clock out, and is visible only to the agency and client on that booking. It is never collected in the background, never used for advertising, and you can decline the permission — you'll simply check in manually with the on-site contact.

Payments

Payment details are handled by a dedicated payment processor; CallTime never stores full card or bank numbers, only the processor's tokens. We keep records of invoices and payouts so all parties share one ledger.

Your rights & controls

You can access and export your data, correct your profile, object to or restrict certain processing, and delete your account and its data — deletion is available in-app from Settings and completes within 30 days. Depending on where you live (e.g. the EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you have rights to access, portability, correction, deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising them; our legal bases are performing your contract, our legitimate interest in running a safe marketplace, consent (which you can withdraw), and legal compliance. In this demo, all data lives on your own device and “Reset demo data” erases it instantly.

Data retention

We keep account and booking data while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. After deletion we remove or anonymize your data, retaining only what the law requires (for example, financial and tax records) for the required period.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information in transit and at rest and limit access to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure; we'll notify you and regulators of a breach where the law requires.

Children

CallTime is for adults. The platform is not directed to anyone under 18, all talent must be of legal working age, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has used the service, contact us and we'll remove the account.

International transfers

We may process data in countries other than yours. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) as required by law.

Changes

We'll update this policy as the service evolves and post the new effective date here; material changes will be notified in-app.
