Terms of service
Effective July 3, 2026 · Demo edition
The service
CallTime is a booking platform connecting clients, talent agencies, and talent for modeling and event work. Agencies remain the employer or contractor of record for their talent; CallTime provides the tools — castings, casting sheets, contracts, check-ins, invoicing — not the representation.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use CallTime. All talent must be of legal working age with verified identity. By using the app you confirm the information you provide is accurate.
Your account
Keep your profile accurate and your credentials current (certifications you list must be real). You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. You can delete your account and its data at any time from Settings.
Acceptable use & zero tolerance
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You may not post or send anything unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, defamatory, or that infringes others' rights; impersonate anyone; solicit off-platform payment to avoid fees; or misuse another person's data. Report content or users from any booking or message thread, and block users who mistreat you. We review reports and may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts — and remove offending users within 24 hours of a valid report.
No illegal use or solicitation
CallTime may be used only for legitimate, lawful modeling and event work. You may not use it to solicit, arrange, or provide prostitution, escorting, sexual services, or any sexual conduct for anything of value; to engage in trafficking, coercion, or exploitation; to involve minors; or to arrange any other illegal activity. Any such use results in immediate, permanent removal and referral to law enforcement. See our Safety & Acceptable Use policy.
Not an employer or party to bookings
CallTime is a neutral technology platform. We are not an employer, agent, manager, chaperone, or party to any booking, and we do not supervise, direct, or control the people on a booking or what happens at a job. Agencies are the employer or contractor of record for their talent. We do not guarantee any user's identity, conduct, qualifications, or safety, and verification we provide is limited.
Assumption of risk & release
Bookings involve meeting and working with other people in person, which carries inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume those risks and are responsible for your own safety. You release CallTime from, and agree we are not liable for, the acts or omissions of any agency, client, talent, venue, or third party — including injury, assault, harassment, theft, property damage, non-payment, or other harm arising from a booking or in-person meeting. In an emergency, contact local emergency services first, then report to CallTime.
Your content
You own your portfolio and messages. You grant CallTime the license needed to host and display them to the parties on your bookings — nothing broader. You're responsible for content you upload and confirm you have the rights to share it. We may remove content that violates these terms.
Bookings and contracts
Agencies may upload or build their own contracts and require their clients and/or talent to sign them in-app; those contracts are agreements solely between the agency and its signer. CallTime provides the signing tool only — we are not a party to any agency contract, do not draft, review, or endorse it, and provide no legal advice. Agencies are responsible for the legality, validity, and enforceability of any contract they use and should have qualified counsel review it. A typed-name signature is intended as a legally binding electronic signature; you are responsible for reviewing any document before you sign it. Cancellation terms are stated before signature; cancellations within 24 hours of call time may incur a 50% fee. Check-in and check-out timestamps, including location verification, form part of the booking record.
Payments and fees
Clients pay invoices through the platform on the agency's stated schedule. Payments for real-world talent services are not digital in-app purchases. Agency commission rates are set by each agency and shown to their talent before a job is accepted. Talent payouts release when the client's payment clears and any required rating is given.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. CallTime is not the employer of talent and is not a party to the bookings arranged through it. Nothing here is legal, tax, or employment advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallTime is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify CallTime against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
Termination
You may stop using CallTime and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the platform and its users.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis where permitted; you may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these terms by emailing us.
Apple & Google app stores
These terms are between you and CallTime, not Apple or Google. On iOS, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard Apple EULA) also applies, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce these terms. You confirm you're not on a U.S.-embargoed country's list and comply with applicable export rules.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms and will post the new effective date here; material changes are notified in-app. Questions: legal@calltime.app.
This is a good-faith template for a demo product, not legal advice. Have counsel adapt it to your jurisdiction and business before launch.
