Safety & acceptable use

Effective July 3, 2026 · Demo edition

Our role — and its limits

CallTime is a neutral technology platform that helps agencies, clients, and talent arrange bookings. We are not an employer, agent, manager, chaperone, escort service, or party to any booking, and we do not supervise, direct, or control what happens at a job. Agencies remain the employer or contractor of record for their talent. Bookings and the conduct of the people on them are solely between those people.

Strictly prohibited & illegal use

CallTime may only be used to book legitimate, lawful modeling and event work. It is strictly forbidden to use the platform to solicit, arrange, or provide prostitution, escorting, sexual services, or any sexual conduct in exchange for anything of value; to engage in human trafficking, coercion, or exploitation; to involve minors in any way; or to arrange, promote, or carry out any other illegal activity. There is zero tolerance. Violations result in immediate, permanent removal, forfeiture of pending payments where lawful, and referral to law enforcement.

No off-platform deals

Keep communication, contracts, and payment on CallTime. Requests to move payment or arrangements off-platform — especially to evade these rules — are prohibited and are themselves reportable. The in-app record protects everyone if something goes wrong.

Assumption of risk

Bookings involve meeting and working with other people in person, which carries inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you understand and voluntarily assume those risks. You are responsible for your own safety and for deciding whether a booking, location, or person is right for you — and for leaving if you ever feel unsafe.

Release & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CallTime is not responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, or conduct of any agency, client, talent, venue, or third party, including any injury, illness, assault, harassment, theft, property damage, non-payment, misrepresentation, or other harm arising out of or relating to a booking or any in-person meeting. You release CallTime from claims arising from such conduct. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law.

What we do to help keep you safe

We vet agencies before they can reach talent; talent identities are verified through their agency; every booking has an in-app record with location-verified check-ins; and every booking and message has one-tap reporting and blocking. We review reports and act — including removing content and users and cooperating with law enforcement — but these tools assist your judgment; they don't replace it.

Your safety practices

Meet only at the agreed professional location. Share your call sheet with someone you trust. Keep it professional and never accept illegal requests. Report anything unsafe or suspicious immediately, and leave a situation that feels wrong.

In an emergency

If you or anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first (911 in the U.S.). Then report the incident to CallTime so we can act and support you.

Reporting & consequences

Use “Report a concern,” available on every booking and message thread, or email safety@calltime.app. We investigate valid reports and remove offending content or users — typically within 24 hours — and may suspend or permanently ban accounts and agencies. Serious matters are escalated to authorities.

This is a good-faith template for a demo product, not legal advice. Assumption-of-risk and liability provisions vary by jurisdiction and must be reviewed and adapted by counsel before launch.
